Business For Sale · Metro Manila

Somebody built the hard part. It's already ranking.

Armalandscaping is a finished landscaping lead-generation business: 114 pages live and indexed across Quezon City, Marikina, Pasig, San Juan and Caloocan, an AI agent answering enquiries 24/7, a verified Google Business Profile, a branded Facebook page, a custom CRM that pings your phone the second a lead lands, and 35 real inbound leads sitting in the database.

Not one of those 35 has been called. That is not a selling point I am dressing up. It is the single most important thing on this page, and I explain it properly below.

What actually transfers to you

Everything below is built, deployed, and running today. This is an inventory, not a roadmap.

🌐

The domain & the site

armalandscaping.com with 114 hand-built HTML pages. Fast, static, no WordPress to babysit and nothing to keep patching.

  • 6 service pages, 5 city hubs, 30 city-plus-service combos
  • Blog, portfolio, gallery, about, consultation flow
  • Schema markup, Open Graph, sitemap, robots.txt
  • Verified in Google Search Console, sitemap submitted
📊

The lead-capture CRM

A custom FastAPI system on its own subdomain. Not a template. Built specifically to work this pipeline.

  • Kanban pipeline: New, Contacted, Follow Up, Booked, Closed, Lost
  • Automatic 1-to-10 lead scoring and lead-age badges
  • Follow-up reminders, duplicate detection, activity log
  • Telegram and email alerts the moment a lead lands
  • CSV export, bulk actions, photo lightbox, mobile ready
📧

The 35 leads

Real people who filled in a form asking for landscaping work. Names, phones, emails, service wanted, area, and in some cases photos and budget.

  • Tree care, lot clearing, design, installation, maintenance
  • 17 came through the homepage estimator alone
  • 4 volunteered a budget without being pushed
  • Every one exportable to CSV on day one
🤖

Sari, the AI agent

A JotForm AI agent already deployed on all 113 pages. She greets in Taglish, answers questions about services and pricing, and captures details around the clock while you sleep.

  • Chat, voice, forms and history modes, all configured
  • Trained on the services, areas and pricing already
  • Lazy-loads after first interaction, so it costs nothing in page speed
  • Handles the 2am enquiry that would otherwise bounce
📱

Instant Telegram alerts

The moment a form is submitted, a formatted alert hits your phone. No refreshing a dashboard, no checking email, no lead going cold because nobody noticed.

  • Name, phone, email, service, area and budget in the message
  • Shows which page the lead came from
  • One-tap link straight into the CRM
  • Email notification fires in parallel as a backup
📍

Google Business Profile

A live, published listing on Google Maps and local search. This is the asset that puts you in the map pack when someone nearby searches for a landscaper.

  • Profile claimed, verified and publicly live
  • Linked to the site and wired into the schema markup
  • Transfers to you as the new owner
  • Ready for review collection from your first jobs
📱

The Facebook page

facebook.com/Armalandscaping, the primary channel in this market. In the Philippines, Facebook is where landscaping enquiries actually happen.

  • Branded page, consistent with the site identity
  • Already the designated primary marketing channel
  • Hands over with the domain and the rest of the brand
  • Messenger enquiries land straight with you

The plumbing

The boring infrastructure that takes weeks to get right and that nobody enjoys building.

  • hello@armalandscaping.com mailbox and SMTP
  • SSL on the main domain and the leads subdomain
  • Nightly database backups, 30-day retention
  • Brand kit: logo, colours, fonts, guidelines

The whole thing already runs without a human

This is the part most people underestimate. The chain below is built, connected and working today.

1. Someone searches and finds a page on GoogleAutomatic
2. Sari greets them and answers their questionsAutomatic
3. They submit the form, CRM scores the lead 1 to 10Automatic
4. Telegram alert hits your phone with the detailsAutomatic
5. You pick up the phone and call themYour only job

Steps 1 through 4 have been running unattended for months. That is exactly how 35 leads arrived without anyone touching the business. Step 5 is the one nobody has done yet.

The part I want you to actually think about

Most people selling a website will tell you the leads are hot. Mine are not hot. They are sitting there untouched, and a few of them have been sitting since May. I would rather you hear that from me now than discover it in the CRM afterwards.

35

Leads in the database

Every single one still marked New. No one has phoned them, emailed them, or quoted them.

22

Arrived in the last 90 days

The site is still pulling enquiries in on its own while nobody works it.

~7

New leads a month

Steady across May, June and July with zero ad spend and zero active promotion.

Here is the honest read. An uncalled lead is worth far less than a worked one, and old enquiries go cold. But it also means none of this pipeline has been burned, spammed, or annoyed by a bad follow-up. Whoever buys this starts with a clean list and a site that keeps feeding it. The value here is not the 35 names. It is the machine that produced them while nobody was watching.

What it would cost you to rebuild this

Not a valuation, just the replacement cost. Judge the asking price against it yourself.

114-page site, designed, written and deployed6 to 10 weeks
Custom CRM with scoring, pipeline and alerts3 to 5 weeks
AI agent built, trained and deployed sitewide1 to 3 weeks
Getting indexed and ranked from a cold domain4 to 8 months
Google Business Profile, claimed and verified2 to 6 weeks
Mail, SSL, backups, Facebook page, brand assets1 to 2 weeks
Before your first enquiry ever arrivesRoughly 7 to 12 months

You would also be starting at zero leads. This starts at 35. The ranking is the piece you genuinely cannot shortcut with money or effort, because it is the one that only pays out with time.

Things you should know before you enquire

This is a lead-generation asset, not a landscaping company. There are no crews, no trucks, and no equipment in this sale. The model was always to capture demand and route it to landscaping partners for a commission. If you already have crews, that is exactly why this is worth more to you than it is to me.

There is no revenue history to show you. The leads were never worked, so there are no closed jobs and no profit-and-loss to hand over. Price this as an asset sale, not a business with earnings. Anyone telling you to value it on revenue is valuing something that does not exist.

You will want to verify all of it. I will screen-share the CRM, the Search Console property and the analytics with any serious buyer before money is discussed. Please do check. Every number on this page came straight out of the database and I would rather you confirm it than take my word.

Who this actually suits

Being straight about it: this is worth a lot to three kinds of buyer and very little to everyone else.

🚗 An existing landscaping outfit

You have the crews and the capacity but marketing is the bottleneck. This hands you a demand engine and 35 warm names on day one.

💼 A lead broker or agency

You already know how to sell leads to contractors. The infrastructure is done. You just plug in your buyers and start routing.

🌱 Someone starting in the trade

The hardest part of a new landscaping business is finding the first customers. That part is finished. You bring the delivery.

Have a look at the numbers yourself

Message me and I will walk you through the CRM, Search Console and the analytics on a call. No pitch deck, no broker, no games. Serious enquiries get full access before anything is agreed.

Tell me who you are and what you would do with it. That is genuinely all I need to know to take it seriously.
